Transaction Manager

Born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana, Grace earned both her bachelor’s degree in Finance and her MBA from Louisiana State University. Before joining ELIFIN®, she served on the Asset Management team at Spirit Realty Capital, a publicly traded REIT based in Dallas, where she supported the management of a portfolio of more than 2,000 retail, industrial, and office properties across the country.

As Transaction Manager at ELIFIN®, Grace leverages her financial expertise and large-scale portfolio management experience to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of every deal. She works closely with agents, clients, and vendors to keep transactions on track and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys being outdoors and exploring new destinations while traveling with family and friends.
