Team Administrative Assistant

A recent transplant from Corpus Christi, Texas, Joseph Cottle joins the Elifin team with over 6 years of experience in client-relation services, scheduling, and data management.

Joseph most recently worked in the medical sector managing patient accounts, coordinating insurance verification and claims, and scheduling over 45,000 appointments in a 5-year period. He was responsible for running a high-volume phone switchboard and resolving questions and complaints in a client-centric manner, as well as training interns and new hires in office policies and client relation etiquette.

After receiving his master’s degree in English from Florida State University in 2017, Joseph also spent time in the education system as an instructional consultant. He supervised and trained a 5-person educational team and developed working relationships with students to improve their writing and research skills.

Joseph is excited to bring his interpersonal skills and data management experience to the Elifin team as the Team Administrative Assistant.
