His prior role as a Managing Partner at a well-established fast casual chain provided him with a solid foundation in business operations and honed his passion for building relationships.

An avid LSU sports fan, Matthew frequently makes road trips to support the Tigers. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and cultivating his vegetable garden.
