October 25, 2019 – Baton Rouge, LA — Mathew Laborde, President & CEO at Elifin Realty, has announced the sale of the property located at 8235 & 8255 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
All Star Catering owner, Brian Medlin, has purchased two buildings on Florida Blvd with plans to broaden his company’s catering services. The new ±7,000 SF space will be a significant upgrade from All Star’s current ±600 SF space on South Foster Dr. Medlin plans to move his business into the former Trophy House building and lease the former Pugh’s Florist building next door.
