Chase brings 15 years of experience spanning digital marketing, systems architecture, and operational leadership. After earning his degree in Information Systems & Decision Sciences from LSU, he built and led a marketing firm helping entrepreneurs turn digital presence into measurable business results, supporting platforms reaching over one million users annually and facilitating millions in transactions.

Today, Chase serves as a Partner and Integrator at ELIFIN^® Realty, Louisiana’s #1 commercial real estate brokerage by number of sales. In that role, he oversees the full operational infrastructure of the firm across technology, marketing, transaction processing, systems integration, and administrative functions spanning ELIFIN’s four Louisiana markets: Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Lafayette, and the Northshore.

As Integrator, Chase is responsible for translating ELIFIN^®‘s strategic vision into daily execution. He architects the firm’s technology stack, drives automation and AI initiatives, and ensures every system from CRM and commission workflows to marketing and business intelligence operates at the level a market-leading brokerage demands.
