The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a selective, two-month immersion for individuals ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage. This program is designed for those who are already licensed or actively obtaining their license and want hands-on experience in a high-performance brokerage environment. What You’ll Learn & Do
Over the two-month program, ELIFIN® Apprentices step directly into the world of commercial brokerage—building the skills, discipline, and mindset required to thrive in this industry.
- Develop deep expertise in your specialized commercial real estate focus
- Participate in structured training covering the full CRE deal cycle
- Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, cold calling, and outreach
- Shadow active agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours
- Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Work alongside high performers in a fast-paced environment
This is not a passive internship — it is a high-intensity, action-driven apprenticeship built to prepare you for success as a full-time CRE agent.
