March 20, 2026 – Baton Rouge, LA – ELIFIN® is pleased to announce the successful sale of 28050 Walker South Rd in Walker, LA, also known as Walker Plaza. Formerly owned by Frank Mueller, the property has been sold to Oliver and Louise Montagnet of New Orleans.

Noah Loveland and Benji Azar of ELIFIN® represented the Montagnets in the acquisition of the property.

Walker Plaza is a ±37,200 square foot, multi-tenant retail center along Walker South Rd anchored by national and local tenants including Dollar Tree, Pizza Hut and more, and offers strong visibility with ample on-site parking. The property is adjacent to the Walker Walmart
