Polina Sleptsova is a Retail Sales & Leasing Specialist at ELIFIN^®, with a passion for supporting small businesses and retail property owners. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and media studies from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she was also a key player on the university’s tennis team. Polina further enhanced her expertise by pursuing an MBA at the University of New Orleans.

Her experience as a collegiate athlete has equipped her with a strong work ethic, discipline, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure–qualities that serve her well as she fiercely represents her clients. After relocating to New Orleans, Polina fell in love with the city’s vibrant culture and was drawn to the diverse retail scene. She focuses her career on supporting small businesses, unique restaurants, and local cafes in finding their ideal spaces.

Outside her professional activities, Polina enjoys traveling, playing tennis, staying active, and attending live music events.
