Install new tapered insulation and install 20yr NDL 60 mil Duro-Last PVC flat roof system according to manufacture specifications over the entire flat roof surface, connecting walls, around roof penetrations and flashings. Install new coping and Duro-last walk pads from roof hatches to HVAC stands. At the completion of the new roof system, Duro-last sends out an inspector to perform an inspection and authorize the warranty certificate. We are a Duro-Last certified, master installer. |

The existing structure is a termite-damaged commercial building that is structurally compromised and in imminent danger of collapse. The building is currently racked approximately three feet to the left and leaning toward the adjacent parking area. The roof has already collapsed inward, further weakening the structure. Entergy is going to place a new handhole 5′ from their manhole. AT&T/MasTec will place conduit and a copper conductor from our proposed node to the new handhole. It will be approximately 22.5′. AT&T wireline handhole will be at the base of the small cell pole. No work for MasTec will require a permit. |
