Per Bryan Block from VCC: “The engineer should then investigate causes of the apparent failure. This would likely include exploratory demolition of the foundation below grade and analysis of any additional structural concerns. Permits should be obtained from the Dept of Safety and Permits (DSP) for this and all work prior to commencing.” We have been seeking permission to move forward since April. |
