You don’t have to be a broker to be in CCIM. There are bankers in CCIM, and there are owners in CCIM. It makes sense to be involved because there are a bunch of opportunities out there for clients. For brokers, for lenders, and for anybody that’s involved with real estate in general or has a financial background, which is pretty cool.
