Apprentice Questions: Success is Simple, Not Easy

Today’s Question is for Peter Laville, Land Specialist in Baton Rouge, LA.

Katrina: If you could go back and give yourself one piece of advice when you were first starting out as an agent, what would it be?

Peter Laville: Success is simple, not easy. This is a quote from Gary Keller that I repeat to myself often. Doing the simple things, like making phone calls, showing up for meetings, and sending emails, compounds over time. Basic discipline is what will get you ahead in this game. Success is simple, not easy.

ELIFIN® apprentices are encouraged to be curious and ask questions to get the most out of the program. “Being an apprentice is different than being an intern,” says Mathew Laborde, President & CEO of ELIFIN®. “It’s more exclusive. It’s more substantial.” ELIFIN® apprentices dig into hands-on work from day one, getting experience that sets them apart in the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
