Kevin: Why did you choose your specialty?

Peter Laville: When I got into real estate, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I started working in land deals, learning about the development world, and found it fascinating. So, I kept with it, kept studying, and my favorite thing about it is you get to watch cities and communities and places that you love develop. You help people fulfill their dreams. You get to be on the cutting edge of all of those developments, know when they’re coming, who’s doing them, and where they’re going. I’m really proud to be a part of it.
