Today’s Question is for Max Ward, Retail Specialist in Columbus, OH.
Will: Why did you choose your specialty?
Max Ward: I specialized in retail properties because of the different types of conversations I’m having with these property owners. I can never guess what the conversation is going to be like, but I always enjoy it. The first call could be about a standalone Wendy’s that someone owns to run a franchise, and the very next call could be about a giant strip center that the property owner uses for investment purposes. I like the different types of variances that retail properties fall under.
