August 16, 2019 – Baton Rouge, LA — Mathew Laborde, President & CEO at Elifin Realty, has announced the sale of the property located at 2623 Government Street in Baton Rouge.

The building, originally constructed in the 1960’s, was designed by renowned architect A. Hays Town. Since its construction, Taylor Clark Gallery has occupied the building and the property is a staple landmark along Government Street in Mid City.

A complete renovation of the property will begin tomorrow, and the building will be split into two separate suites. One tenant is already planned with the second suite coming available in October 2019. Additional details on the new tenant will be released soon.
