The headline deal: 1919 Boulevard De Province 2020 LLC, Cedar Grove Capital, paid $8.8M ($56,774/unit) for the 155-unit Kingston Point Apartments at the corner of Boulevard de Province and North Harrell's Ferry Road. A local investor bought the 48-unit Monterrey Townhomes on Monterrey Drive for $2M, and German-based grocer ALDI purchased 3.5 acres at the Shoe Creek Development site in Central for $1.4M.
