Atlanta Investor Purchases MidCity Medical Clinic
The February 3, 2020 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: HF FMC Realtors LLC, an Atlanta-based investor, bought the Fresenius Kidney Care Bon Carre medical office at 7656 Realtors Avenue off Lobdell Boulevard. Build Baton Rouge bought the former Chase Bank branch at Plank Road and Mohican Street, and Moore Rouzan LLC bought a commercially zoned half-acre lot off Jefferson Highway near Highland Road.
