The headline deal: Acadian Place 2022 LLC, a Baltimore-based investor, paid $7.32M ($61,000/unit) for the Acadian Place Apartments, a 120-unit complex on South Flannery Road near Goodwood Boulevard. Multifamily, office and industrial each accounted for two sales, while Colorado-based Flock Homes bought 18 fourplexes in the Gardere area for $6.7M and Baton Rouge General bought more than two acres next to its Picardy Avenue campus for $1.94M.
