The headline deal: NMP-Goodwood LLC, a local investor, paid $11M ($59,783/unit) for Goodwood Place Apartments, a 184-unit complex on Apartment Court Drive off Government Street. All four sales were multifamily, as the same buyer also bought Marquette Place, a 24-unit complex off Government Street, for $2.2M, and Kindred Properties LLC bought fourplexes and duplexes on Gwen Drive and Great Smokey Avenue in two sales of $795K and $350K.
