The headline deal: APM Property Holdings LLC paid $18M ($61,224/unit) for the 294-room Crowne Plaza Hotel on Constitution Avenue near I-10. Retail led the week with five of the twelve sales, while a healthcare property on North Boulevard formerly occupied by the Baton Rouge Behavioral Hospital sold for $6.1M and a portfolio of seven single-family residences at the corner of Caddo Street and Capital Heights Avenue sold for $2.21M.
