The headline deal: The Heights at Picardy LLC, for Hammond-based multifamily development firm The STOA Group, paid $6.18M ($22.15/Land SF) for more than six acres on Picardy Avenue. The other two sales were offices: a Creekstone Office Park building on Lake Sherwood Avenue North bought by a Metairie-based investor for $710K and a former bank branch at Jefferson Highway and Highland Road that sold for $425K.
