Rouzan commercial land sells to Kidz Karousel
The February 19, 2024 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Kidz Karousel-Rouzan Realty LLC, local early childhood development center Kidz Karousel, bought acreage off Perkins Road in the Rouzan Commercial neighborhood. A Florida-based investor bought the Best Child Care daycare on Old Hammond Highway, Gordon McKernan bought an office building on South Harrell's Ferry Road off I-12, and local real estate agent and investor Hank Saurage bought the Industriplex building that is home to Flower Basket.
