The June 12, 2023 issue covers ten commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: SDP LA Baton Rouge 1 LLC, for Oxford-based retail investment firm Streamline Development Partners, bought TJ Ribs' Siegen Lane location. Retail led the week with four of the ten sales, including a former Circle K location in Central that sold to a local investor, while a Connecticut-based investor bought the Burgin Apartments, a 10-unit building just off Highland Road near LSU.
