- Controversial Office Rezoning at I-10 / Siegen
- Originally submitted on October 12, 2018 by Arthur Metrailer. These 2 cases requests rezoning approximately 12 acres of Single Family Residential (A1) land to General Office Low Rise (GOL). The area is located at the intersection of I-10 and Siegen next to a residential neighborhood. According to documents 81-18 and 82-18 the proposed use is 175,000 SF and 900,000 SF of office space, respectively. This case has received pushback from residents, read the Business Report story.
