The March 9, 2020 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $10.8M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Louisiana Farm Bureau Enterprises Inc paid $8.84M ($26.30/Land SF) for 7.72 acres on Corporate Boulevard at Commerce Circle. A local investor bought a former MidSouth Bank branch on Jones Creek Road for $500K, the owner of Pinetta's European Restaurant bought the Perkins Road building used by the restaurant and Cottonwood Books for $325K, and Collis Temple bought an office building on West Washington Street for $325K.
