The headline deal: Ruemidland Holdings LLC, the president of APS Engineering & Testing, bought an office building at 1645 Nicholson Drive between downtown Baton Rouge and the LSU campus. A local investor bought the Gardere Lane shopping center, and a Houston-based investor bought the Racetrac on O'Neal Lane.
