The headline deal: Lee Cole Lewis LLC, a Dallas-based company, bought a net leased Goodyear tire service facility at 18411 Highland Road at Old Perkins Road, at a 6.75% cap rate. A 1.24-acre site off West Lee Drive near Burbank Drive sold for a new Andy's Frozen Custard restaurant development, and the Ozark Insurance Agency owners sold their Baker office building to local investors.
