The headline deal: Drakes Landing Apartments, LP paid $1.5M ($1.32/SF) for the land for Drake's Landing Apartments at 801 North Ardenwood Drive. Burn Rubber LLC bought an office building on Jefferson Highway for $1.02M, and Emerald Magnolia Properties LLC paid $625K for land on Highland Road for the new Dutch Manor At The Highlands subdivision.
