Laser Tag Facility Sold for 1.95 Million
The May 11, 2020 issue covers five commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week, totaling $4.36M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: Parkview Baptist Church Foundation paid $1.95M ($88/SF) for the Laser Tag of Baton Rouge facility at 5871 South Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Two California-based investors bought the Jack-in-the-Box at Government Street and South Foster Drive for $1.76M, and the historic Valley House Hotel at Government Street and South 14th Street sold at an undisclosed price.
