21 Apartment units change hands near ULL Campus
The April 8, 2024 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across Lafayette the previous week. The headline deal: 1318 LEE HOLDINGS LLC bought 21 of the 23 condominium units in the Lee Avenue Apartment Complex near campus. Multifamily led the week with two of the four sales, the other a mobile home park near East Willow Street and the Northeast Evangeline Thruway that sold, while Trahan Development Group picked up 3.3+ acres of vacant land near the Airport.
