The headline deal: Passco Long Farm DST, a California-based company, paid $61M ($221,136/unit) for the Tapestry Long Farm apartments, a 12-building, 276-unit complex off Antioch Road. Industrial led the week with seven of the twenty-seven sales, while California-based investors paid $34.7M for the 240-unit Oakbrook Apartments south of LSU and a New York-based company bought the 115-room Homewood Suites by Hilton on Corporate Boulevard for $12.9M.
