The headline deal: PLAZA PARK TARA LN LLC, a group of New York-based investors, bought an 80-unit apartment complex in the West Lake Forest area. Multifamily and industrial each accounted for three of the ten sales, including a three-building, 12-unit property in Harvard Estates and an 80,000 SF industrial property on 4.10 acres along the Industrial Canal in the Bywater.
