The headline deal: ST BERNARD NURSING & REHAB PROPCO LLC, a Baton Rouge group, bought a 51,264 SF nursing home facility on Cadillac Street next to City Park. Retail led the week with three of the seven sales, including the Chickie Wah Wah music venue building on Canal Street in Mid-City, while a group led by Emeril Lagasse bought the 710 Baronne property across from Rouses with the price withheld.
