The headline deal: HEARTBREAK BEAT LLC, a local investment group, bought a two-story building with 1,973 SF of retail space on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District. Retail led the week with three of the four sales, including a 13-space covered parking lot in the Warehouse District bought by the American Zen Association, while a 4,218 SF St. Charles Avenue property next to Avenue Pub sold with the price withheld.
