The headline deal: 1900 Main St LLC, the owner of Moore Care Caregiver Services and local investors, paid $1.25M ($20/SF) for the Royal Furniture building on Main Street in Mid City. Land led the week with three of the seven sales, including Turner Industries Group LLC's $200K purchase of three lots that completed its ownership of the block around its equipment rental facility, while a local investor paid $700K for the Shell-branded gas station at Plank Road and Main Street in Zachary.
