Sage Rehabilitation Hospital + Comfort Inn Sales
The November 25, 2019 issue covers eight commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Sage Summa Real Estate LLC, a local ownership group, bought the Sage Rehabilitation Hospital location at 8000 Summa Avenue. Hotel investor Alpesh Patel bought the 60-room Comfort Inn on Constitution Avenue, and a local investor bought the former Cloverleaf Suites hotel on Corporate Boulevard with plans to turn it into an apartment complex.
