YWCA Expanding and 7mm Dollar Land Sale on Bluebonnet

The headline deal: Bend on Bluebonnet LP, Indianapolis-based real estate development firm TWG Management, paid $7.72M ($13.46/Land SF) for more than 13 acres near Bluebonnet Boulevard and Burbank Drive. Land led the week with three of the nine sales, while the YWCA of Greater Baton Rouge paid $990K for the former St. Lillian Academy, where it plans to expand its programs and services, and a local investor bought two apartment complexes totaling 36 units north of LSU's campus for $1.1M.
