A local investor bought two triplexes on Ansley Avenue near Southpark Drive, National Electric Motor and Supply Co bought a 0.66-acre lot on Cloverland Avenue, and the CEO Mind Foundation bought the former site of Dugee's Lounge at Dallas Drive and Waco Avenue.
