For each firm, we pulled every Louisiana Google Business Profile, recorded the exact five-star count from the review-distribution bar (or the sorted reviews list when the bar was hidden), and totaled per company.
A handful of LACDB-listed firms were excluded because their Google reviews reflect home transactions rather than commercial deals: Latter and Blum | Compass, Keller Williams Realty Acadiana, The Gleason Group (Lafayette, 95 five-star), Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate (Bossier City, 131 five-star), and Realty Executives Florida Parishes (Hammond, 107 five-star). Their review bases come almost entirely from homebuyers and sellers, so including them would not be an apples-to-apples comparison.
