The headline deal: EARHART SQUARE GROUP LLC paid $2.58M ($164.10/SF) for a property with a grocery store, the former Save A Lot, and a second retail building at South Carrollton Avenue and Earhart Boulevard. Retail led the week with nine of the eleven sales, including the $735K sale of the former Casa Borrega space on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard to Efforts of Grace Inc, while the seven-unit Nine O Five Royal Hotel sold for $1.5M.
