The headline deal: Stasia BRLA LLC, California-based investors, paid $5.25M ($1,166.89/SF) for the Fast Stop gas station on O'Neal Lane. Industrial led the week with six of the twelve sales, four of them bought by local investor Graham's Dream LLC on Cedar Park Avenue, North Merchant Court and Hollyfield Drive, while the owner of Town Donuts & Breakfast bought a retail property on George Oneal Road for $220K.
