The headline deal: 4000 HOLLYWOOD APARTMENTS LLC, a Hamdan Sons Investments entity, bought the 70-unit Hollywood Park Apartments at 4000 Westbank Expressway in Marrero. Retail led the week with five of the thirteen sales, including the Manhattan Seafood & Meat Market in Harvey, bought by a local investor, while the local restaurant group behind Barrel Proof purchased the Mahony's Po-boys property on Magazine Street.
