The October 21, 2024 issue covers ten commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: AMS REAL ESTATE LLC bought a multiple-building industrial property at 4300 Peters Road in Harvey. Industrial, retail and land properties each accounted for two of the ten sales, including an industrial warehouse on North Johnson Street, while Trader Joe's purchased the Our Lady of Lourdes School at the corner of Napoleon Avenue and Freret Street.
