299-unit apartment complex sold for undisclosed price
The May 26, 2025 issue covers eleven commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week, totaling $11M in disclosed volume. The headline deal: MCP Stable 3110 College Drive Baton Rouge LLC, a Texas-based investor, paid $2.72M ($502.91/SF) for the Capital One Bank property, an outparcel to the Walmart on College Drive. Retail and land led the week with three sales each, as the same buyer also bought the IHOP outparcel to that Walmart for $2.49M, while The Oaks at Riverbend, a 299-unit multifamily property on St. Francis Parkway in Gonzales, sold with the price withheld.
