1. Demolition and Removal:
Remove all vandalized electrical panels, equipment, conduits, and wiring within the building.
Safely disconnect all damaged components and dispose of debris in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
Remove all damaged receptacle covers and devices throughout the building.
2. New Service Installation:
Furnish and install a new 400-amp, 120/240V single-phase service with a main fused disconnect.
Coordinate with the utility company for disconnection/reconnection, meter installation, and final inspection.
Install all required grounding and bonding per NEC and local code.
Permit: Electrical permit and inspection are included in this scope of work.
3. Distribution Equipment:
Install (2) 200-amp main breaker panels on the back side of the new service.
Install (2) 125-amp main lug panels along the same wall in the existing locations of the removed panels.
Replace all broken or damaged conduit feeding each panel to ensure secure and code-compliant connections.
Re-feed one existing panel located on the far wall where sub-feed wiring was vandalized, restoring full power continuity.
4. Interior Electrical Restoration:
Re-feed all interior lighting circuits to restore lighting to working order.
Note: If any light bulbs are burned out or nonfunctional, a separate quote will be provided for bulb replacement.
Re-feed and replace all damaged receptacles with new devices and cover plates throughout the building.
