The December 8, 2025 issue covers nine commercial sales recorded across New Orleans and surrounding markets the previous week. The headline deal: ENDEAVOR 21 LLC bought a property with interconnected warehouses at 2121 Chartres Street, at the corner of Elysian Fields Avenue. Industrial led the week with six of the nine sales, including a multi-unit industrial property in the Elmwood Business Park bought by GRAPHIX LLC, while a two-story office property in Metairie also sold.
