08 Jan ELIFIN® Sells New Flagship Location to Fleurty Girl
January 8, 2026– Metairie, LA – ELIFIN® is pleased to announce the successful sale of 3212 W Esplanade Ave N, formerly owned by Cory Strander, CEO and Owner of Quality Feeds. The property has been sold to Lauren Haydel, a New Orleans native and CEO and Founder of Fleurty Girl, as part of the popular boutique store’s further expansion into Metairie.
Adrien Foley and Brady Becker of ELIFIN® successfully represented Strander in negotiating the transaction.
“It was a pleasure working with operators of Cory and Lauren’s caliber,” says Becker. “Their clear vision and decisiveness throughout the process made for a smooth, straightforward transaction, and I’m glad we were able to bring both sides together in a deal that sets everyone up for continued success.”
The property itself offers a ±5,400 SF retail building on ±0.30 acres near the corner of W Esplanade Ave and N Causeway Blvd, which sees ±56,606 vehicles per day. The site features a spacious ground-floor retail showroom plus additional second-floor office / storage space and sits adjacent to the fully leased Petite Esplanade retail strip center, benefitting from consistent consumer traffic.
“It was truly a pleasure to work with Brady and Adrien with Elifin Realty on this transaction,” says Haydel. “They understood my long-term vision for Fleurty Girl, and because of that we now own the perfect building in Jefferson Parish. Planting permanent roots in our community and owning our space is incredibly meaningful, and I’m deeply grateful for the local support that made this possible.”
