The March 9, 2026 issue covers sixteen commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge and Ascension the previous week. The headline deal: Oakwood by RSB LLC, of rental home owner and manager Red Stick Brothers, bought the Oakwood Terrace Subdivision, 60 homes and an office/clubhouse on Cedar Court. Industrial properties made up five of the 16 sales, while a regional developer bought 712+ acres near Baker and Pride and an Ohio-based REIT acquired the 148-unit Cedar Grove Townhomes.
