New Orleans developer acquires property for new Chipotle

The headline deal: PERARD JOHNSTON LLC, a New Orleans-based developer, paid $800K ($111.79/SF) for a retail property on Johnston Street it plans to demolish for a new Chipotle. Industrial made up three of the seven sales, and former Sigma Nu alumni bought their fraternity house on Glynn Abel Drive from the university for $111K.
