Dupree Apartments Sold, Proposed Subdivision on Staring Lane
The July 12, 2021 issue covers four commercial sales recorded across Baton Rouge the previous week. The headline deal: Dupree Apartment Holdings LLC, a local investor, bought the Dupree Apartments on Spanish Town Road in the Spanish Town Historic District. The other three sales were two vacant, commercially zoned lots off South Choctaw Drive bought by a local attorney, a medical office suite in the Colony House office condominium and an office/warehouse off Monterrey Drive.
